WOW, I feel so spoiled. I called to inquire if I can switch to this pharmacy and the took care of it in a day. The phone was answered twice when I called and I was promptly waited on when I picked up my meds. The also deliver for free. What a difference from the competition.

I recently visited Harrison’s Pharmacy, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by the staff. They are incredibly attentive and made me feel like a valued customer right away. The pharmacist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. The customer service here is truly top-notch, and the staff is always ready to go the extra mile to assist. It’s rare to find such a personal touch in a pharmacy these days, and Harrison’s Pharmacy definitely stands out. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Wow, things have changed here. I have been coming here for over 5 years and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. That is not the current culture. There is confusion and terrible communication between the staff that doesn’t instill confidence in you as a patient. I tried moving my prescription to another pharmacy and immediately received a call from Harrison’s asking for feedback. I provided honest feedback describing my previous experience after which I was berated by the caller who blamed me and my insurance for the 1.5 hour I had to wait for my final medication. Why ask for feedback when you are obviously not going to use it fix the problem.

I had an amazing experience at this pharmacy, thanks to Amarjit Kaur! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my medication. She made sure I understood the proper dosage, possible side effects, and even gave me helpful tips to manage my health better. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out, making my visit stress-free and pleasant. I highly recommend this pharmacy, and I’m so grateful for Amarjit Kaur’s exceptional service!

I have been using Harrison’s almost 5 years. The staff is always friendly and very quick with communication. I can always talk to someone on the phone very quickly and when I go in to receive medications there is little to no wait time. Independent small business pharmacy’s never crossed my mind until a friend told me. I can’t believe how much time and frustration I had dealt with in the past dealing with Walgreens and CVS. Definitely give them a try!

Edit 2024. Under new management and its just not the same. Its perfectly average now. I decided not to go there anymore after the last two visits they didn't ask me if I had any questions about the medication. When the prompt on the credit card machine came up asking if I had any questions about the medication the cashier reached over and pressed no for me and never asked me if I had any questions. The personal service is dead here now.

{Original 5 star review under old management}. Treat yourself to a way better pharmacy experience and give this local business a shot. I have been going here for years because I became so tired of terrible pharmacy service at several CVS and Walgreens stores. They stock all the prescriptions the big stores have but after my 2nd or 3rd time in most of the staffknew my name. I have seen the same faces working there for years which is a testament to Mr. Harrison. All very nice employees.
